The 2023 Golf Charity Tournament has been re-scheduled to Monday Dec 4 due to T10 Saola. All paid registrants for the original Sept 1 date will automatically be registered for Dec 4.

To ensure smooth preparation for a fantastic day on the course, please be advised that there will be no refunds or cancellations accepted after Sept 15. Also, if you have any changes to your team, appreciate if you can update the information here.

We do have some cancellations so new registration will be based on a first-come first-served basis with donatoin due upon registration confirmation. We will have a waitlist and will update waitlisted players upon any change.

Check-in Process

Bus:

AC Tai Tam to Fanling: welcome bags and HKGC registration will be handled on the bus.
Central to Fanling: HKGC registration will be completed on the bus and the welcome bag will be collected at the golf course.

Own Transportation: Check-in at the American Club Foundation registration desk next to the bag drop.

After check-in: you may head to the locker room, use the driving range and/or enjoy the buffet breakfast at the Rotunda Room. As there may be not enough lockers, please consider sharing a locker with others.

Charity Event Photo: please assemble at 8:00am at Eden Hole #1 for Group Photo. After the picture, proceed to your golf carts to arrive at your hole in time for the 8:30am shotgun start.

Speed of Play: Please play within 4 hours and keep up with the group in front of you. If your group is a hole or more behind the group in front, you will be asked to pick-up and proceed to the next hole.

Refreshments on Course and HKGC Debit Card: to purchase food or drinks at the HKGC, you will need to purchase a debit card at the front desk of the HKGC.
