About The Event
A unique evening of mindfulness under the stars. Participants will float peacefully in the Club's outdoor pool while being immersed in a professionally guided sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.
The evening includes:
Welcome and opening reflection by charity partner
75-minute floating meditation
Live sound bath experience
Poolside refreshments afterwards
