Description: Join us for a transformative Leadership Programme designed for underprivileged students aged 15-16. This event creates a supportive space for participants to practice English in a relaxed and interactive setting. Through engaging icebreakers and teamwork activities, students will enhance their communication skills and develop essential leadership qualities.
Volunteer Role: Volunteers will lead leadership activities in small groups, with guidance and support from teachers and staff. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, encouraging participation, and helping students navigate the activities, all while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Remarks:
Volunteers will receive a briefing with all necessary instructions before interacting with the students.
Volunteers must be over 15 years old.
