Check-in Process
Check-in at the American Club Foundation registration desk at Veranda.
After check-in: you may go to lockers/ go to Practice Putting Green for warm-up/ enjoy the buffet lunch at the Munro Bars.

Charity Event Photo: please assemble at 12:50pm at Practice Putting Green for Group Photo. After the picture, proceed to your hole in time for the 1pm shotgun start.
​
Speed of Play: Please play within 4 hours and keep up with the group in front of you. If your group is a hole or more behind the group in front, you will be asked to pick-up and proceed to the next hole.​
​
Scoring: Golf Genius Scoring will be used. Please download the app and enter your team scores after every hole.

Shek O is a ‘soft spike’ course, metal spikes are prohibited.

TROLLEYS AND GOLF BAGS WITH WHEELS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Please note that some fairways do intersect, you must remain alert to other players on the course.

As always golfers ahead have the ‘Right of Way’.

Handheld electronic devices (including smartphones, e-book readers, MP3 players, mobile phones and tablets, but excluding laptops) may only be used in a silent manner (through the use of earphones where appropriate) within the swimming pool complex, in all parts of the Clubhouse (except the main dining room, Murray Room and Munro Bar) and outside the Clubhouse on the front lawn, front terrace, and golf course terrace.

The use of electronic rangefinders on the golf course is also permitted.

Chauffeur driven cars may not park in the main car park; they are to be parked in the area adjacent to the 18th fairway.​
