Salon Event Volunteering with LumiVoce Foundation

Volunteer with LumiVoce Foundation, ACF's 2025 Charity Partner to help with their upcoming Salon Event! This is a great opportunity to get involved with our Charity partners and make a positive impact in the community while connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for giving back.

Requirements:

• Age: 13 years and above

• Language: English

• Skills & Qualities: Enthusiastic about music and biodiversity Responsible, punctual, and attentive. Good communication and teamwork. Friendly and comfortable engaging with guests. Proactive and motivated.

• Commitment: Join a short Zoom briefing one week before the event. Arrive 1 hour prior to guest arrival to assist with set-up and preparation. Remain after event to support with packing up & event clean and tidy up.
  

Volunteer Role - What You Will Do:

• Venue setup

Set up event space: check-in table, posters, brochures, tables and chairs.

Set up food and beverage area (drinks, plates, cutlery, napkins).

• Guest Welcome & Check-in

Greet guests upon arrival.

Assist with guest check-in and distribute music programs.

• Event support

Serve snacks, wine, and drinks at the F&B section and around the venue.

Provide general support to ensure guests feel comfortable and engaged.

Be prepared to share about LumiVoce programs if guests ask (refer to brochures provided at event)

• Event wrap-up (20-30min)

Clean up the venuePack and move all materials for GoGoVan pick-up.

Commitment Schedule:

• Before the Event

LumiVoce Team will share the event rundown, materials, and individual volunteer duties 1–2 weeks in advance.

A 20-minute Zoom briefing will be scheduled one week before the event to familiarize everyone with their roles.

A 10-minute on-site briefing will take place at the venue on the event day.

• After the Event

Assist with wrap-up for approximately 20–30 minutes following the conclusion of salon event.
