The Big Cleanup Campaign took place over the weekend of October 22 and 23rd all over Hong Kong. We had a mission to clear a ton of rubbish from our ocean, beaches and trails. It was a great success, with nearly 300 volunteers joining in. Many were children who are passionate about keeping the Hong Kong Shoreline clean.

We ended up cleaning 2.3 tons of rubbish over the weekend. Given the feedback after and during the event The American Club Foundations plans to make this a regular community event.
